Oldham County Junior Conservation Board

New in 2025! The Oldham County Conservation District has started a "Junior Conservation Board", an extracurricular opportunity that emphasizes environmental and conservation education/projects for 7th-12th graders in Oldham County.

The monthly meetings will be run by the students, and in the format of our official District Board Meetings. Students will assist in District events when they can, and will engage their local community with projects of their own. All participation can be used as community service hours for other organizations, and there are leadership opportunities within the Junior Board.
